Your lab's chemicals, out of the spreadsheet.

Move from spreadsheet to live inventory, scan labels, each substance checked against the EU’s official registry.

From spreadsheet to live inventory

  1. Import your spreadsheet

Upload the whole file, every tab. Preview all changes before saving.

  2. Review flagged items

Anything the import is unsure about goes to Needs review. Nothing is filled in by guessing.

  3. Scan new bottles on arrival

Photograph the label and confirm the substance against the EU registry before it's added.

Scan the bottle

Take a photo, or hold the label up to the camera. It captures automatically once the text is in focus.

  • Reads handwritten, damaged and legacy labels. Unreadable fields are left blank and flagged.
  • GS1 barcodes provide the exact lot and expiry date.
  • Existing bottles are matched by lot, so you mark them opened instead of adding duplicates.

Checked against the EU registry

ZuzeLabs looks up each CAS number in the EU registry and shows the record beside the label. You confirm the match. CAS numbers are never auto-filled from a lookup.

  • Names, EC numbers and Hill formulas follow EU registry conventions.
  • EU harmonised classification and hazard pictograms are shown first.
  • Differences between label and record are highlighted, not hidden.

One, centralized inventory for the whole lab

Expiry and opened dates

Expired and expiring bottles are listed first. Opened dates are tracked per bottle.

Seveso III totals

On-site totals of flammable, acutely toxic, corrosive and oxidising substances, calculated from container sizes and remaining amounts.

Safety data sheets

Upload the supplier's PDF once. Hazards and properties (sections 2 and 9) appear beside the substance, as printed.
